State Commission for Supervision of Public Procurement Procedure Rejects Complaints

State Commission for Supervision of Public Procurement Procedure has published the decision rendered on April 5, 2016, which rejects the complaints against the decision on the selection of a contractor during the open tender procedure, lodged by the complainer Swietelsky Baugesellschaft m.b.H., Linz, Austria and the community of bidders Comsa S.A.U., Barcelona, Spain and Acciona Mantenimiento de Infraestructuras S.A., Madrid, Spain, as unfounded. The tender subject was the reconstruction of the existing and the construction of a second rail track on the section Dugo Selo – Križevci for the contracting authority HŽ-Infrastruktura d.o.o., Zagreb.
The company Dalekovod d.d. has participated in the tender as the member of the community of bidders comprised of DIV d.o.o., Dalekovod d.d. and Zagreb-montaža d.o.o., whose bid was during the reevaluation of bids in February, after the State Commission for Supervision of Public Procurement Procedure annulled the decision on the contractor selection, again selected as a valid bid with the lowest price.
The contracting authority is HŽ Infrastruktura d.o.o., and the value of works amounts to HRK 1.239 million without VAT.
