Dalekovod d.d. is a project management organization specializing in construction projects within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Since 2022, it has been a member of the KONČAR Group.

Dalekovod made a significant breakthrough into international markets in the early 1960s. Today, Norway and Sweden are the company’s primary markets, generating the majority of its revenue.

Building on its core energy sector foundations, Dalekovod has expanded over the last 20 years into the transportation and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sectors.

Elaboration of technical documentation, offering, planning and management of construction projects until their realization, for all overhead and underground lines of voltage level 0.4 kV to 750 kV, transformer stations up to 750 kV, antennas of all purposes and types, as well as infrastructure facilities (roads, railways, gas, water) and industrial buildings.

The Landesbergen – Borken Project

During the construction of the 420 kV Vik – Sogndal transmission line in Norway, Dalekovod is successfully carrying out the installation of 50-metre-high towers for a conductor crossing over one of the country’s largest fjords, with the project progressing ahead of schedule despite challenging terrain and weather conditions.

Dalekovod JSC – Notice on Contracted Projects in North Macedonia

Dalekovod Jsc. hereby informs the investment community that the investor ALCAZAR ENERGY, through its special purpose vehicles in North Macedonia, has, following a tendering procedure, selected the bid submitted by the consortium consisting of Dalekovod JSC and KONČAR Inc., and contracts have been signed for the realization of the substation and overhead line project (SS/OHL) and the WIND FARM project in North Macedonia.


The total contract value amounts to EUR 53.76 million, of which EUR 22.49 million relates to the substation and overhead line project (SS/OHL), and EUR 31.27 million relates to the WIND FARM project.
The contracted works include the construction of a wind farm with an installed capacity of approximately 337.5 MW, together with the Baltalija 400/35 kV substation and a 400 kV double-circuit overhead transmission line, which will constitute the main grid connection point.

Dugo Selo – Križevci Railway Line Enters Final Phase

The reconstruction and construction project of the second track on the Dugo Selo – Križevci railway line, one of Croatia’s most significant infrastructure projects, has entered its final phase. The project aims to enhance railway traffic and further improve regional and international connectivity.

Following Dalekovod’s takeover as the lead contractor, the project was successfully consolidated, with completion expected during this year.

Dalekovod d.d. hereby informs the investment public that KONČAR Inc. on 28 April 2026 at approximately 12:30 p.m., within the framework of the 3 Seas Summit business forum held in Dubrovnik, intends to enter into a Letter of Intent with Pantheon Atlas LLC, a U.S.-based company headquartered in the State of Delaware, United States of America.
