Dalekovod JSC hereby informs the investment community that, together with local partners forming a consortium, it has entered into a contract with OSHEE Group SH.A. for the implementation of the Tirana Center 110/20 kV underground GIS substation construction project in Albania, with a total contract value of EUR 19,883,723.00. The project comprises the construction of a state-of-the-art underground substation equipped with four power transformers, each with a capacity of 50 MVA, and eight 110 kV GIS bays. It also includes the integration of the associated protection, control, automation and auxiliary systems, as well as the execution of the necessary civil engineering and electrical installation works. The project will contribute to the modernisation and strengthening of Tirana’s power infrastructure, enhancing the reliability and security of electricity supply.
