Further to the notifications dated 30 July 2021 and 14 March 2022, Dalekovod, jsc (hereinafter: the Company), as the claimant, hereby informs the public that on 23 December 2025 it received the judgment of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia in the case conducted under reference number Rev-913/2023 dated 16 November 2023. Deciding on the Company’s revision appeal as the claimant against the judgment of the High Commercial Court of the Republic of Croatia in Zagreb, reference number Pž-4194/2021-3 dated 14 February 2022, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia upheld the Company’s revision and amended the judgment of the High Commercial Court of the Republic of Croatia, reference number Pž-4194/2021-3 dated 14 February 2022, in such a way that the appeal of PODRAVSKA BANKA d.d., as the defendant, was dismissed as unfounded, and points I, II and III of the judgment of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, reference number P-770/2016 dated 12 July 2021, were confirmed. Furthermore, reimbursement of litigation costs was awarded in favour of the Company.

In accordance with the Company's obligation to draw up and publish financial and business statements within legally established deadlines, and provide them to competent bodies, and for the purpose of unfettered access to information which could be of interest to financial service users, investors and for the general public, Dalekovod jsc makes available the following publication schedule of the Company’s financial and business statements in 2026.

Dalekovod Jsc, as the lead member of a consortium consisting of Dalekovod Jsc, ELNOS BL Llc Banja Luka, and Kodar Energomontaža Llc, has signed a contract worth 19.7 million euros with Jsc MEPSO, the state-owned electricity transmission company of North Macedonia.

Dalekovod, JSC (hereinafter: the Company) announces that the Company’s Works Council has appointed Dalibor Štrlek as a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, as the employee representative, effective 1 December 2025. The mandate of the appointed employee representative on the Supervisory Board is four years.

Further to previous disclosures regarding the legal proceedings conducted by the Company before the Commercial Court in Zagreb under case number P-536/2024 (formerly P-2053/2018) against the Ministry of Finance / the Republic of Croatia for the payment of the Company’s claim in the amount of EUR 6,636,140.42 (HRK 50,000,000.00), the Company hereby informs the public that on 26 November 2025 the Commercial Court in Zagreb issued a judgment rejecting the Company’s claim for payment of the stated amount.
The Company will file an appropriate legal remedy against the said judgment within the statutory deadline.

Svenska kraftnät, the Swedish national electricity transmission company, has announced—following an evaluation process—that Dalekovod d.d. has been selected, according to the tender criteria, for the construction of a 400 kV transmission line on the Odensala – Kappetorp section near Stockholm, with a total length of 36 km.

The implementation of the project, worth over 100 million euros, includes the dismantling of the existing 220 kV line and the construction of a new 400 kV line along the same 26 km route, as well as the reconstruction and construction of a new 10 km section of the 400 kV transmission line between Odensala and Skoby.

The project is planned to be carried out from 2026 until early 2030.

In accordance with Article 133 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, the company Dalekovod JSC hereby announces that on October 28, 2025, a meeting of the Company’s Supervisory Board will be held to consider the unaudited consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements of the Company for the third quarter of 2025.

Dalekovod, Jsc, as the seller, hereby announces that on 1 October 2025 the transaction was completed and 100% ownership in DALEKOVOD MK Ltd. was acquired by the buyer, KONČAR – Metalne konstrukcije Ltd., as previously announced in the notification on the signing of the share purchase agreement in DALEKOVOD MK Ltd.
