Dalekovod d.d. is a project management organization specializing in construction projects within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Since 2022, it has been a member of the KONČAR Group.

Dalekovod made a significant breakthrough into international markets in the early 1960s. Today, Norway and Sweden are the company’s primary markets, generating the majority of its revenue.

Building on its core energy sector foundations, Dalekovod has expanded over the last 20 years into the transportation and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sectors.

Elaboration of technical documentation, offering, planning and management of construction projects until their realization, for all overhead and underground lines of voltage level 0.4 kV to 750 kV, transformer stations up to 750 kV, antennas of all purposes and types, as well as infrastructure facilities (roads, railways, gas, water) and industrial buildings.

The Landesbergen – Borken Project

Dalekovod is Building 59 Kilometres of the 420 kV Blåfalli – Gismarvik Transmission Line in Norway

Dalekovod is constructing the eastern section of the 420 kV Blåfalli – Gismarvik transmission line for Norwegian transmission system operator Statnett. Valued at more than EUR 63 million, the contract covers the construction of 59 kilometres of new transmission line across the challenging terrain of southwestern Norway, with project implementation spanning from 2024 to 2027.

Dalekovod's Bid Selected in Sweden for a Project Exceeding EUR 300 Million

Svenska kraftnät, the Swedish national electricity transmission system operator, has notified Dalekovod d.d., following the evaluation process, that its bid has been selected in accordance with the tender criteria for the construction of two new parallel 400 kV transmission lines along a 94 km route between the Mehedeby and Uppsala substations.

The project, valued at more than EUR 300 million, includes the construction of the new 400 kV transmission lines, the dismantling of the existing 220 kV transmission lines, and the construction of a new 220 kV transmission line.

Project Financing Agreement

On July 30, 2026, the KONČAR Group signed a project financing agreement in the amount of EUR 320 million with representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the International Finance Corporation (IFC, a member of the World Bank Group), Privredna banka Zagreb (PBZ) and Zagrebačka banka (ZABA). Under the financing arrangement, EBRD and IFC are participating with EUR 120 million each, while Privredna banka Zagreb and Zagrečka banka have each provided EUR 40 million.

The agreement also includes Dalekovod JSC, a KONČAR Group company. Through its participation in the financing arrangement, the Company is provided with access to funds of up to EUR 81.5 million for the implementation of its planned investment projects.
