Zagreb, December 12th, 2013 – President of the Dalekovod d.d. Zagreb Management Board, Goran Brajdić, has signed today with the Contractor, the company KOSTT - Operator Sistemi, Transmisioni Dhe Tregu SH.A., Priština, (Transmission and System Operator of the Republic of Kosovo) a Contract for the construction of a 90-kilometer-long Priština – Tirana 400 kV transmission line, on the section from Priština to the border of the Republic of Kosovo with Albania.

Zagreb, October 29th, 2013 – The company Dalekovod d.d. has received news of getting two new contracts with the Ukrainian company UKRENERGO (National Power Company) for transmission line construction and reconstruction works.

Zagreb, 30 September 2013 - Enclosed please find a letter from Konsolidator d.o.o. addressed to
Goran Brajdić, Chairman of the Management Board of Dalekovod d.d., in connection with the
expiration of the Binding Offer to Recapitalize Dalekovod d.d. and expression of interest in
recapitalizing Dalekovod d.d. on a nonbinding basis.

Zagreb, September 17th, 2013 – In today's meeting the Supervisory Board acknowledged Board President Matjaž Gorjup’s resignation, effective from midnight today. The appointment of CFO Goran Brajdić as new President of the Dalekovod d. d. Board of Directors has been confirmed.
