Resolution no. 36/04a/13 was made at the 36th meeting of the Supervisory Board of Dalekovod d.d., held on 17 September 2013, to appoint Goran Brajdić Chairman of the Management Board of Dalekovod d.d. Goran Brajdić will represent the Company autonomously and severally.

Zagreb, 17 September 2013 – Dalekovod’s management is intensively considering all legal options and will act in company’s best interest, while recognizing and protecting the interests of its employees, creditors, shareholders, as well as those of the greater social community.

17 September 2013 – The Commercial Court in Zagreb has delivered its Resolution to deny the application of Dalekovod d.d. for an Administrative settlement of 26 April 2013, as adjusted on 19 July 2013.

Zagreb, September 9, 2013 – Matjaž Gorup, President of the Management Board of Dalekovod d.d., has resigned from his position for personal reasons. The Supervisory Board will appoint a new President of the Management Board at its next meeting.

August 27, 2013 – In today's session, the Constitutional Court passed a Decision by which it revoked the decision of the Commercial Court in Zagreb no. 66. Stpn-7/13 dated July 22, 2013 on discontinuance of the procedure held under case file no. Stpn-7/13 (Dalekovod d.d.) and ordered immediate continuance of the same.
