All information related to the initiated Pre-Bankruptcy Proceedings has been revealed to the Zagreb Stock Exchange, HANFA and the Croatian media in a timely and transparent manner.
When this statement was authorized for issue, we have not been delivered any official notification and have not learned of any new fact which, under law and in accordance with good business practices, we would be bound to publish via ZSE. Namely, we have not received the official resolution from the Zagreb Commercial Court, so we can only say that we are aware of unofficial reports and rumours, which was commented by the President of the Management Board of Dalekovod d.d. for Poslovni dnevnik as follows: “I can say that we do not have official confirmation, though we are aware of the rumours. “

After we receive the official document we will immediately notify the Zagreb Stock Exchange, HANFA and HINA and other concerned parties as has always been the practice in Dalekovod d.d.
