The XENA – Woman of the Year in Energy awards ceremony was held under the organisation of XEnergy – the Network for the Promotion of Women in the Energy Transition. The award recognises outstanding contributions to the development of the energy sector, with the winner selected by a panel of experts and the public. The 2025 title was awarded to Marina Tuschl, Director of the Geothermal Energy Department at the Croatian Hydrocarbon Agency. In addition to the main award, special recognitions were presented for energy projects led by women. One of the recognitions was awarded to our colleague Sanja Vinter from Dalekovod Projekt for the Lika project – the design and development of a new 400 kV power transmission network. We congratulate our colleague Sanja on this valuable recognition and wish her continued success in her future work. We are confident that her professional journey and achievements will serve as a strong motivation and inspiration for many colleagues building their careers in the energy sector.
