On July 30, 2026, the KONČAR Group signed a project financing agreement in the amount of EUR 320 million with representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the International Finance Corporation (IFC, a member of the World Bank Group), Privredna banka Zagreb (PBZ) and Zagrebačka banka (ZABA). Under the financing arrangement, EBRD and IFC are participating with EUR 120 million each, while Privredna banka Zagreb and Zagrečka banka have each provided EUR 40 million. The agreement also includes Dalekovod JSC, a KONČAR Group company. Through its participation in the financing arrangement, the Company is provided with access to funds of up to EUR 81.5 million for the implementation of its planned investment projects.
