Dalekovod Jsc. hereby informs the investment community that the investor ALCAZAR ENERGY, through its special purpose vehicles in North Macedonia, has, following a tendering procedure, selected the bid submitted by the consortium consisting of Dalekovod JSC and KONČAR Inc., and contracts have been signed for the realization of the substation and overhead line project (SS/OHL) and the WIND FARM project in North Macedonia.
The total contract value amounts to EUR 53.76 million, of which EUR 22.49 million relates to the substation and overhead line project (SS/OHL), and EUR 31.27 million relates to the WIND FARM project.
The contracted works include the construction of a wind farm with an installed capacity of approximately 337.5 MW, together with the Baltalija 400/35 kV substation and a 400 kV double-circuit overhead transmission line, which will constitute the main grid connection point.
Dalekovod Jsc. and KONČAR Inc. hereby further strengthen their presence on the North Macedonian market through these contracts and confirm their expertise in the execution of complex energy and infrastructure projects, particularly in the renewable energy segment.
