Further to the announcement of 26 November 2025, Dalekovod d.d. (hereinafter: the Company) hereby informs the public that on 31 March 2026 it received the judgment of the High Commercial Court of the Republic of Croatia dated 4 March 2026 in the case registered under reference number Pž-423/2026. Ruling on the Company’s appeal as plaintiff against the judgment of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, reference number P-536/2024 (formerly P-2053/2018), the High Commercial Court upheld the Company’s appeal and amended the judgment of the Commercial Court in Zagreb dated 26 November 2025 (reference number P-536/2024) in such a way that the Company’s claim is granted, ordering the defendant, the Ministry of Finance / Republic of Croatia, to pay the claimed amount and awarding reimbursement of litigation costs in favor of the Company.
