Dalekovod JSC. hereby informs the investment public that the investor ALCAZAR ENERGY, through its special purpose vehicles in the Republic of North Macedonia, has, following a tender procedure, selected the bid of the consortium consisting of Dalekovod JSC and KONČAR Inc. Consequently, contracts have been signed for the implementation of the substation and overhead line (SS/OHL) construction project, as well as the wind farm construction project in the Republic of North Macedonia.
The total contract value amounts to EUR 53.76 million and relates to the execution of the substation and overhead line (SS/OHL) project and the wind farm construction project in the Republic of North Macedonia.
The contracted works include the construction of the first phase of the wind power plant (a total of 21 wind turbines with a capacity of 6.25 MW each), with a planned installed capacity of approximately 131.25 MW, including the Baltalija 400/35 kV substation and a double 400 kV overhead transmission line connecting to the MEPSO transmission network.
Through these contracts, Dalekovod JSC, and KONČAR Inc., together with proven local partners, further strengthen their presence in the Republic of North Macedonia and the wider region, while confirming their expertise in delivering complex energy and infrastructure projects, particularly in the field of energy transition and renewable energy sources.
