Dalekovod d.d. hereby informs the investment public that KONČAR Inc. on 28 April 2026 at approximately 12:30 p.m., within the framework of the 3 Seas Summit business forum held in Dubrovnik, intends to enter into a Letter of Intent with Pantheon Atlas LLC, a U.S.-based company headquartered in the State of Delaware, United States of America.
Given that KONČAR d.d. intends to execute the said Letter of Intent in its own name and on behalf of certain companies of the KONČAR Group envisaged to participate in the Pantheon project, including Dalekovod JSC, Dalekovod JSC hereby informs the investment public of the above intention and its potential participation in the said project.
The subject of the Letter of Intent relates to the construction of the energy infrastructure segment and the execution of part of the works on the construction of a data centre planned in the Republic of Croatia. The Letter of Intent is non-binding for the contracting parties, does not specify the contract value, and represents a framework for the conclusion of potential agreements related to the said project.
Dalekovod JSC will, in accordance with applicable regulations, timely inform the investment public of any potential conclusion of contracts related to the aforementioned project.
