Notice on the Rejection of the Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to File a Revision in Relation to the Lawsuit Challenging the Resolutions of the General Assembly Held on 30 June 2021

Further to previous announcements regarding the lawsuit filed by minority shareholders seeking to challenge the resolutions of the General Assembly of Dalekovod, d.d. (hereinafter: the Company) held on 30 June 2021, conducted before the Commercial Court in Zagreb under case number P-1277/2021, the Company hereby informs the public that on 29 January 2026 it received a decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia, case number Revd-5235/2024-2 dated 19 November 2025, rejecting the plaintiff’s motion for leave to file a revision against the judgment of the High Commercial Court of the Republic of Croatia, case number Pž-3288/2023-2 dated 3 September 2024.

The High Commercial Court of the Republic of Croatia, by its judgment case number Pž-3288/2023-2 dated 3 September 2024, dismissed the plaintiff’s appeal as unfounded and upheld the judgment of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, case number P-1277/2021 dated 10 May 2023, by which the plaintiff’s claim seeking a declaration of nullity of the resolutions of the General Assembly held on 30 June 2021 was dismissed in its entirety, with the plaintiff ordered to reimburse the Company, as the defendant, for the litigation costs.
