Specialized in "turnkey" contracts, Dalekovod coordinates all activities ranging from the development of technical documentation, tendering, planning, and project management to final realization. This covers all overhead and underground lines from voltage levels of 0.4 kV to 750 kV, transformer stations up to 750 kV, antennas of all purposes and types, as well as infrastructure facilities (roads, railways, gas, water) and industrial buildings.

We possess extensive experience and knowledge in the supervision, construction, and commissioning of transmission lines in diverse climatic conditions and difficult terrain. We hold significant references in the construction of substations, road, and railway infrastructure, with vast international experience in Scandinavia, Iceland, Greenland, Western and Eastern Europe, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. Our specially equipped and trained teams are prepared to execute works in all weather conditions and on various terrains. Continuous education, trend monitoring, and exceptional investment in occupational safety ensure we perform tasks at the highest level. TRANSFORMER STATIONS (SUBSTATIONS)

Materials, shapes, cross-sections, and types of anti-corrosion protection are selected based on required electrical and mechanical characteristics and operational reliability, considering the expected service life, environmental impacts, and atmospheric conditions (rain, snow, ice, aggressive gases, salt spray, UV radiation, etc.).

OVERHEAD CONTACT LINES

We specialize in the design, engineering, production, and assembly of catenary system equipment for the electrification of new railway lines and the replacement of equipment during the maintenance of existing networks. Catenary equipment is designed in accordance with the recommendations and standards of advanced European countries.

Dalekovod has specifically developed catenary equipment for the electrification of single-phase 25 kV, 50 Hz railway systems.

LIGHTING AND FLOODLIGHT COLUMNS

We have developed the production of lighting columns (types SRS, KORS, and CRS) and floodlight columns (types SUN and DARESTI). Based on years of experience, we have standardized columns according to their technical characteristics and purpose. Our team provides support in determining the optimal column types for public lighting, especially for large-scale structures. In addition to production, Dalekovod d.d. offers lighting design, equipment delivery, and full-scale engineering for all types of facilities.

ANTENNA TOWERS
We design, manufacture, assemble, and construct antenna towers and foundations in accordance with European standards using high-quality materials of standard or increased strength. These steel towers, available in various shapes and heights, are designed to carry antenna systems for radio, television, mobile telephony, radar, etc., under all climatic conditions.

Standard tower equipment includes:
- Ladders with back protection or safety ropes
- Working and rest platforms (with or without railings)
- Cable trays
- Antenna and signal light mounts
- Earthing connections, etc.
- Lattice or tubular structures (stayed or self-supporting) installed directly into concrete foundations or using anchor bolts.

All towers are protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing. Upon request, additional protection can be provided via high-quality coatings or prescribed aviation warning markings.

Dalekovod d.d. offers several types of pole-mounted transformer stations within its production program:

1. Standardized steel-lattice pole-mounted transformer stations:
- 10(20)/0.42 kV, 50-250 kVA (Types TS-ČRS 250 - DV 95 and DV 95.1)

2. Standardized tubular pole-mounted transformer stations:
- 10(20)/0.42 kV, 50-250 kVA (Type TS-KORS 250 - DV 99)
- 10(20)/0.42 kV, up to 100 kVA (Type TS-KORS 100 - DV 96)
- 10(20)/0.42 kV, up to 100 kVA – simplified version (Type TS-KORS 50 - DV 99)
