Zagreb, December 30, 2015 – In accordance with the Company's obligation to draw up and publish financial and business statements within legally established deadlines, and provide them to competent bodies, and for the purpose of unfettered access to information which could be of interest to financial service users, investors and for the general public, Dalekovod jsc makes available the following publication schedule of the Company’s financial and business statements in 2015:

Zagreb, December 30, 2015. – In accordance with the Statute and the Rules of Procedure of the Supervisory Board, and in line with the principle of good corporate governance, Dalekovod jsc reports that the meetings of the Supervisory Board of Dalekovod jsc in 2016 will take place according to the following schedule:

Zagreb, 11 November 2015 –DALEKOVOD jsc hereby informs the public about the upcoming changes in the Company’s Management Board to occur as of 1 December 2015. At its meeting held on 10 November 2015, the Supervisory Board made decisions to remove the former Chairman of the Management Board Mr. Paško Vela, Management Board member Ms. Adrijana Raković and Management Board member Mr. Željko Lakić, Mr. Vela and Ms. Raković to leave the Company, and Mr. Lakić to remain in the Company with a new function. At the same meeting, the Supervisory Board made a decision to appoint Mr. Alen Premužak Chairman of the Management Board and Ms. Helena Jurčić Šestan, Mr. Mirko Leko and Mr. Branimir Alujević new members of the Management Board. Mr. Marko Jurković will remain a member of the future five-member Management Board.

Zagreb, 21 October 2015 – As part of a consortium, Dalekovod d.d. participated in a procedure for the public procurement of works on the reconstruction of the existing and construction of a second railway line track on the Dugo Selo-Križevci section (Ref.: 14-EU/15-JP).

Zagreb, 15 October 2015 – The companies Dalekovod and Operatori Sistemit Transmetimit (OST), Albanian transmission system operator, signed a settlement in Tirana worth EUR 6.8 million.
