Zagreb, March 8th, 2016 – Zagreb County Court has responded to the appeals filed by Dalekovod d.d. on the rulings in the enforcement procedure instituted in 2012 by Podravska banka d.d., Koprivnica with a decision to reject the appeals of Dalekovod d.d. and sustain the decisions of the Zagreb Municipal Court by which enforcement proceedings were ordered under Enforcement Decision № Ovrpl-13071/12.

On January 29th, 2016 the State Commission for Supervision of Public Procurement Procedure issued the Annulment of Contract Award Decision relating to the contract award for Dugo Selo – Križevci railway section upgrade and construction of the second track following the Call for Bids issued by HŽ-Infrastruktura d.o.o., Zagreb.

Under Section 430, paragraph 1, of the Capital Market Act, Dalekovod d.d., headquartered in Zagreb at Marijana Čavića 4, hereby reports its acquisition of 3172 own shares, which is 0.00013 % of the company’s share capital.

Pursuant to the Croatian Capital Market Act and the Guidelines of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, Dalekovod jsc hereby publishes this Annual Catalog of Information Released in 2015.
