Dalekovod d.d. informs the public that, based on the resignation, on November 26, 2021, the term of office of the member of the Supervisory Board of the company mister Damir Sertić ends.

Continuing on the announcement from 17.08.2021., Dalekovod, d.d. (hereinafter: the Company) informs the public that it has received summonses for preparatory hearings in cases under business numbers: P-1277/2021 and P-1296/2021 before the Commercial Court in Zagreb regarding lawsuits against the Company by minority shareholders of the Company for refuting the decisions of the General Assembly of the Company held on 30.06.2021.

According to Article 133 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Dalekovod d.d. hereby announces that a meeting of the Company's Supervisory Board was held on October 28, 2021, at which the consolidated and non-consolidated unaudited financial statements of the Company for the third quarter of 2021 were considered. The reports in question will be published within the prescribed deadlines by the relevant legal regulations.

According to Article 133 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Dalekovod d.d. hereby announces that a meeting of the Company's Supervisory Board will be held on October 28, 2021, at which the consolidated and non-consolidated unaudited financial statements of the Company for the third quarter of 2021 will be considered.

Dalekovod d.d. hereby announces that on 28 September 2021, the decision of the Market Competition Council was published on the website of the Croatian Competition Agency.
