Meeting of the Supervisory Board held

According to Article 133 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Dalekovod JSC hereby announces that a meeting of the Company's Supervisory Board was held on 29 July 2025, at which the Supervisory Board considered and confirmed the consolidated and non-consolidated unaudited financial statements of the Company for the first six months of 2025.
