The Conclusion was reached on the basis of principal creditors’ request for extension for the purpose of successfully conducting and completing the Administrative settlement procedure for Dalekovod d.d.

Pursuant to the Conclusion, the due date for providing a new Plan was extended from 13 March 2013 to 22 March 2013 at request of the following creditors: Hypo-Leasing Kroatien d.o.o., Privredna banka Zagreb d.d., Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Zagrebačka banka d.d., Unicredit bank Austria AG, Unicredit Banka Slovenija d.d. and Unicredit Banka d.d. having its registered office in Mostar.

„We trust that we will, in agreement with our creditors, soon successfully complete the Administrative settlement procedure and thus show the local and international public we are a reliable and stable partner having all abilities and qualities necessary for successful operation and cooperation, regardless of certain financial challenges we have faced in the past few months“. – said Matjaž Gorup, Chairman of the Management Board in Dalekovod d.d.
